Our Commitment
We offer a one-year service guarantee for properties in full sun. If the sealer chips or peels, we’ll reseal for free. Shaded properties are covered on a prorated basis after evaluation. Moss-covered properties, crack filling, and normal wear are not covered under warranty.
How We Do It

Step 1
Edging and Surface Prep: The first step of our process is to trim the grass along the edges. After trimming, the driveway is cleaned with steel brooms and commercial blowers.
Step 2
Patch & Fill: All isolated cracks 1/4″ or larger will receive conventional or hot filler. This does not include spider web cracks, surface cracks or areas that resemble shattered glass. All asphalt patchwork will be completed at an additional charge.**
Step 3
Sealing: After properly preparing the asphalt, our experienced crews will hand-apply a water-based asphalt emulsion sealer. We will barricade the entrance to your driveway with a 6″ wide banner.
** Please note that crack fill doesn’t make cracks invisible, nor will filled deep cracks be flush with surrounding asphalt. We don’t fill alligator or spider web cracks. We cannot guarantee that cracks will not reopen or settle. It’s very common to see the haze of a tire mark after sealing. This is especially true for customers with rear or side entry garages. Tire marks will generally disappear within 60 days. To minimize this- avoid standing turns.
** Sealer does not contain sand unless requested.
